Word count and frequency

About to write a report to hand in to the examiner/supervisor, are we?
Well, I have created a very rudimentary word statistics tool to the daisy flow:

daisyWordFreq.sh some_cool_file.pdf

will give you a list of the statistics in the terminal. You might want to pass it on to a text file or so.

Note that you might need to do some re-sourcing in case you have not closed your session lately.

The word statistics tool is quite useful – you can easily spot spelling errors or too much use of e.g. “flabbergasted” or “pseudopseudohypoparathyroidism”. You will also spot differences like: analog/analogue or color/colour, etc., etc.
