Within the field of Cognitive Electronics I propose some different final-year projects that are implemenations of
- an integrate-and-fire spiking neuron in 65-nm CMOS
- a logic library of integrated-and-fire spiking neurons in 65-nm CMOS
- a mixed-signal bus system
- a fault-tolerant signal-processing scheme for mixed-signal circuits
