I will be giving the courses in Analog and Discrete-Time Integrated Circuits (ATIK) and Analog Integrated Circuits (ANIK) during spring 2011.
We are facing some changes to the course in order to have a smoother transfer between TSTE08 to TSTE16.
The coursed mainly focus on integrated analog CMOS design and somewhat mainstream techniques. This course will not go through the fundamental physics of the semiconductor, but instead go directly to the transistor characteristics. We will look at ways to design amplifiers and how to integrate these in e.g. filters, comparators, ADCs and DACs.
We will learn that trying to set up all equations for a case with more than three transistors becomes a quite tedious exercise.
